How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Homeowners who contact Radicalharder Floor Coating deserve fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect after. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You can reach out about any of these:
- How a call or message with Radicalharder Floor Coating went
- How we handled or protected your personal data
- Something on the site that looks wrong or confusing
- The conduct of an installer we referred you to
If the Problem Is With an Installer
The installers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, begin by raising it with the installer in writing. Keep copies of what you send.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and installers who often fall short may be removed. Still, Radicalharder Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund an installer's charges or act on an installer's behalf.
How to Send a Complaint
Write to contact@radicalharder.beer and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the installer
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The installer's company name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
What Happens Next
We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into the matter. That may include speaking with the installer. After that, we tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general or consumer protection office, or the Better Business Bureau in your area. If the installer is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
