How Our Network Works
Who Picks Up the Phone
When you reach out, you are connected to an independent provider in our network. That person runs their own business. Radicalharder Floor Coating does not do the coating work, and no staff profiles are listed here.
What a Provider May Ask
Expect simple questions, like a doctor asking where it hurts. A provider may want to know:
- Your town and the type of space, such as a garage or basement.
- The rough size of the floor.
- Whether it has cracks, stains, peeling or old paint.
- Any timing needs, like a coming snow season.
Photos can help, but they are not always needed. A rough guess on size is fine, since the provider will measure before quoting.
Questions to Put to a Provider
You are hiring them, so ask freely.
- How will you prep the concrete?
- Will you test for moisture first?
- Which coating do you suggest, and why?
- How long before cars can drive on it?
- What does the quote include?
- Can I have it in writing?
Costs vary by job. Typical U.S. coating prices often run from a few dollars to a dozen dollars per square foot, depending on prep and product. A written quote tells you the real number.
The Decision Is Yours
Talking to a provider does not commit you. Compare answers, take your time and choose what feels right. Small problems first, but never rushed.
Jot down what each provider says about prep, product and timing. Seeing the answers side by side makes the choice much clearer.
